How to know that your order has been confirmed?

After the payment process is successful, you will receive an authorized thank you confirmation message via SMS and E-Mail on your registered mobile and email ID.

Do you take orders over the phone?

Yes, we take orders over the phone. We also have an ‘Order on Whatsapp’ feature, where you can easily place orders on Whatsapp.

Can I order a product which is 'out of stock'?

Unfortunately, you won't be able to order products marked as 'out of stock.' However, adding them to your wishlist is a great alternative. You can also opt-in for "Notify me" to stay informed about their availability.

Why is my order cancelled by Mirana Decor?

While we're eager to have our products in your home, there are times when certain items may be unavailable due to high demand or being sold out. In such cases, we may need to cancel your order and will promptly notify you of any changes.

My items haven't arrived yet. What can I do?

If your order hasn't arrived yet, tracking its status is simple. Just head to the 'My Account' tab on the upper right corner of the website and select the 'Track Order' option. Enter your order ID, which you received when you placed the order and you'll quickly see the details of your order status.
